Entering Canada Village the other night, I was amazed to see how dark the entrance is on McDowell Road. If an unattended child, or stray animal were there, the average driver wouldn't have seen it. Luckily, none were there. Can we check with the city about better street lighting? And concerning 'speed-tables', if the price is rather exorbitant, can we at least get some bright signage posted to streets adjacent to the park area, warning drivers' of playing children? With full intent of making this neighborhood a safer place for all who live here, it seems that the dangers, outweigh the costs, when it come to a child versus a car/truck.
