Dues

The $20 per household dues will go toward projects that the neighborhood association would like to complete. These projects include signature entrances, street lights, beautification, etc.

Before any of the money is spent on a project, it will be brought to a vote at the general meeting. anyone who has paid dues will have a say on how it is spent.

If you have any questions regarding this please let me know.
re:

Street lights would be nice. But I have yet to see them.

If we had street lights the crime in our area would decline a bit more. Our porch lights are just not enough.

Are we even getting close to getting them?

We probably won't ever see street lights in the neighborhood, because it would cost the residents money each month to keep them on, and not everyone will agree on the subject. This topic of street lights being placed in Candlelight has been going on for about 20 years now.
