There have been complaints on our end of the Pond regarding the smell. I know that it has been treated, but we have been asked to request the next round of treatments are started at our end. Another issue that has come up, are the weeds. There are many houses on the pond that are not maintaining their areas. We have discussed this with some on our end and would encourage all other leaders to speak with their neighbors about pulling their weeds.
As far as the increase in dues, I would think a notice/flyer would be sufficient.
