LDC approval of Neighborhood Associations' applications

February 1, 07 at noon is the time and date tentatively set for the LDC to review and approve Neighborhood Association application packets and allocate dispursement of funds pending approval. The Canton Neighborhood Assoc. has submitted an application packet which fulfill the following requirements:

1) Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws ($1500)
2) Membership Plan ($1500)
3) Participation Plan ($1500)

We have two teams that are in the process of trying to procure Partnership agreements. We are also in the process of recruiting Volunteers to be Street Captains to assist with distributing flyers and heading up the Neighborhood Watches as an element of our Empowerment Plan. The Partnership Agreements and Empowerment Plan have a potential for to be approved for an additional $1500 each.
