Remember to submit a form when adding to and/or changing the outside appearance of one's property. These forms aid in complying with the community Deed Restrictions and New Castle County Codes. They also provide a helpful checklist for the completing of your project.

Common Area

The community common area that is designated as a landscape easement is not for planting of any kind. This includes trees, vegetable gardens, bushes etc. The front of our community has a 20 foot landscaping easement. No items are to be placed in this area. It is not intended as a community storage area. If you currently have anything in this open space, you need to move it ASAP. This area creates a barrier for mowing by our hired landscaper which will cause the community to incur higher fees for cutting. This in turn will be passed on to every community member by requiring our assessment fees to be higher. If you have any questions you can contact the ARC committee at cantwellridge@gmail.com.
