First off I live across the street from 3 rental homes. Right this moment the Weeds are up to my hip. I am an adult.
The yards of these homes are disgraceful and had I know this neighborhood would turn to this I would have never moved in.
My next door neighbor leaves his garage cracked 4 feet everyday so that his 3 loose cats can roam in there for a drink and food. Then the cats come back to my house and sharpen their claws on my solar screens...Oh and they have sprayed every window and door on my house with cat urine to mark their spots. I went to the neighbors and he basically told me he doesnt care. AND I have to fax in a complaint that never gets addressed? This neighborhood shows no wonder our home values are dropping.
