Are we getting any closer to the installation of this traffic light? Anyone heard anything lately?

Finally Moving Forward

The installation of our new traffic signal started about 10 days ago. The contractor installing has 5 lights in NW OKC that are being installed and they have 150 working days or 30 weeks to get them all done. We'll just have to be patient while the process proceeds but lets hope that it goes rapidly. It's taken us 2 years of monthly phone calls to get us to this point and those calls will not stop until the light turns red for the first time. Hopefully this light will help us all get safely out of our neighborhood onto Rockwell now and perhap slow down some of the traffic.

Good News

At last our traffic light is going up. It will take several weeks for the light to be completed, but at least it is happening.
