City Code applies to County Residence for Animal Complaints: (Barking, Strays, Unleashed)
Report Animals-Online at http://www.sanantonio.gov/sacr/form.asp?Category=Animal%20&%20Livestock&Dept=CC Or Phone 311 (but you have to use a cell phone to call or a phone within the city limits)

Vandalism- Call the Sheriff*s Non Emergency Phone number at 335-6000

Grass/weeds in a neighbor's yard or in the flood easement (area between Caracol Creek and Caracol Heights) that are 3 feet or taller, notify County Public Works at 335-6700

Grass/weeds in a neighbor*s yard less than 3 feet tall, call the property manager, Suzie Sneed at 733-8398.

Cars parked in front of my house- The streets are public streets and not privately owned by the homeowners' association. You should notify your neighbor if the parked car is causing problems.
