THE FOLLOWING ARE INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU:

1. Submit your proposed improvement on a copy of your site plan (the survey of your lot that you received at the closing on your home). This shows easements and drainage information affecting your property necessary for the ACC to review.
2. Note the easements on your survey. Permanent improvements are not permitted in them.
3. Draw the location of the improvement on your site plan. Show distance from two objects, i.e., fence and home.

STORAGE BUILDING-Should match or compliment the color of the house. Restriction on size (8’½” ht). Describe foundation. Kind of construction: Send a brochure, picture, or drawing, with the measurements.

PATIO COVER-Must compliment house; wood patio covers should be shingled to match house. How will it be attached? Roof pitch? Material warranties? Send a drawing with measurements.

DECK-Construction drawing; dimensions; how attached?

FENCE-6ft max height; type of construction materials. Requires approval by shared neighbor.

LANDSCAPE-Location, type vegetation, edging. Restriction of height in front & corner lot.

POOLS/PLAY EQUIP.-Submit brochure, picture or drawing, with measurements.
