Can anyone direct me to contact info for the current Property Manager? The most recent info I have shows Lisa Logsdon at Sue Clark Real Estate, but the only web presence they seem to possess is a Facebook site; and that doesn’t even list Carman Estates. I need to resolve a violation of city noise ordinance, and my process includes a written warning to the offender prior to notifying law enforcement—and I’d prefer to provide a copy of said document to the PM so that a third party has full disclose of my actions. Apologies if I wax pedantic here, but seriously? It’s the 21st Century, and neither the Association nor the Real Estate organizations linked to my home utilize the internet? Sure, Facebook is a nice place for teens to interact, but a business needs something professional and reachable by the general public without the need for a social networking site membership. As for the Association; the internet has been commercially viable for about 18 years now… no need to stay off the proverbial bandwagon, as it looks like it’s here to stay. This is hardly the age where one can ignore the costs and carbon footprints derived from motor vehicle transit, snail-mail and masses of hard copies… an established global digital network is a simple way to go the greener route that can be applied to most Association needs.
