Carmel Valley Neighbors

I'd like to help ensure that every resident of Carmel Valley has a Block Captain they can contact to seek help and offer suggestions/assistance.  The goals would be to prevent crime and to enhance residents' lives by helping them connect with neighbors.  As a Block Captain, you can do as little as be a point of contact for your immediate neighbors or as much as organize neighborhood events.  Please let me know if you might be interested in being the Block Captain for your neighborhood, which could be as small as a cul-de-sac.
