NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Caroline Cove Owners Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, that the annual meeting of the members will be held at the following time and place: (PLEASE NOTE: Guests are not authorized to attend this annual meeting, it is for member owners only)
DATE: DECEMBER 3, 2003 TIME: 7:00 PM PLACE: COMMUNITY CENTER AT REGION 2 PARK (POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE BUILDING) On McCormick Road ?¾ of a mile East of the junction between Ft Caroline and McCormick Roads.

a. Establish Quorum b. Introduce New Board of Directors
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review 2004 Budget 2. Set agenda for 2004 3. Set location and date for first Board of Directors meeting
c. Open discussion from floor, time limit 2 minutes per person.

NOTICE TO ASSOCIATION OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held immediately following the adjournment of the December 3, 2003 annual meeting of homeowners of Caroline Cove Owners Association.
Annual maintenance assessment for the year beginning January 1, 2004 will be considered and voted upon by the Board at this meeting. Members are welcome to attend.
2004 Annual budget will be considered and voted on by the Board
