Holiday Decorations...

Now that the holiday season is upon us, we would like to remind you that all Christmas, Hanukah and Kwanzaa holiday decorations must be removed by January 31, 2004. This will help bring the neighborhood back to normal and will help us prepare for the spring planting and growing season. As with all holidays, July 4th, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and other national holidays, each homeowner is encouraged to decorate to their homes to their hearts content, just remember that 30-days after the holiday is over, all decorations must be removed and your property returned to is normal state.
