What an exciting time the spring and summer months are for our neighborhood!
It?’s exciting to see how dedicated many of you are when it comes to your homes and the lovely arrangement of flowers, plants and decorations.
We are trying to recognize those of you who go the extra mile this year with a lovely Yard of the Month sign as well as a $10.00 gift certificate from Home Depot or Lowe?’s.
The Board approved the expenditure of funds again this year for this worthwhile recognition program that runs from April until September.
As part of the normal monthly property inspections, the association?’s manager is determining the winner. Once the physical inspections are completed, homeowner records are reviewed to ensure an owner is qualified for the award (has no outstanding association balances or pending legal actions and is a member in good standing). The results are then forwarded to the Board who then have the distinct pleasure of personally announcing the winner and presenting them with their sign and gift certificate.
We hope all of you will get out there and have some fun making our neighborhood a truly great place to live and support this recognition program.
