Annual Election Issue...

It?’s time again to hold the annual elections to the Board of Directors.
The annual meeting will be held on Saturday February 12th at 10:00 A.M. at the Ft Caroline Methodist Church. The church is located at 8510 Ft Caroline Road.
Just take a left out of the neighborhood and the church is about 1/4 of a mile on the left.
We will start the annual meeting at 10:00 A.M. sharp, so please be there in time to cast your ballot (if you are electing to vote in-person or by Proxy).
We will conduct the elections first and then hold the general homeowner?’s meeting. Please remember, the purpose of this annual meeting is to conduct the elections and set the rate of assessment for 2005. No other business can be conducted at this meeting, so if you have a concern or an item you would like the new Board to work on, please write it down now and bring it with you to the meeting.
We will also have ?“Action Item?” forms at the meeting in case you do not have the time to write your suggestions, comments, or requests for action by the Board of Directors ahead of time.
