As spring is now here and summer isn't far behind, we want to send out a reminder that any changes you would like to make to the exterior of your home from its original structure need to be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. For example, changes in paint color, siding and/or trim, front porches, roofs, etc. Please contact any member of the Board by telephone or send a letter to the post office box. The mail is picked up weekly and upon receipt of the requested change, you will be contacted within 72 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
