We are bound by geography, investment, and public property law. But that doesn't mean we can't have fun and enjoy our neighbors and the beautiful setting of The Carriages at Parliament Place.

As you see prospective purchasers wandering around the development, you can share your own buying experience with them, and they will thank you for it. Things you can tell them:

What was the closing like?
How about the walk-through?
... and followup actions?
Suggested modifications to the standard layout?
Any problems with cable TV or telephone service?
What is the cost of insurance?
How is shopping? schools? commute time?
etc.

The Sales team is on-site about 54 hours per week, but we are here as salespeople of our community for most of the time they aren't. I'd like to think I help people make informed decisions, and in turn, perhaps we will make new friends and new neighbors.
