Send your 2012 Dues Assessment by PayPal using the Carrington Place website address.
This service allows homeowners to pay using a credit card. All PayPal payments will include a 3.5% fee - paid by the homeowner. This will necessitate raising the dues to $337.00 if (and only if) this method is used. The 3.5% fee is assessed by PayPal, and is common with credit card transactions. However, the association cannot afford to cover the cost of the PayPal fee, it is provided as a convenience and as another way for homeowners to pay their annual assessments in a timely manner.
