2013 Annual Assessment - PayPal

If you would like to pay your 2013 Dues with a Credit or Debit Card, click on the "Buy Now" button, and follow the instructions.  Be sure to enter the address of the home you are paying dues for during the checkout process, so we can credit the proper account! 

This service allows homeowners to pay using a credit card.  All PayPal payments will include a 3.5% fee - paid by the homeowner (additional $12 for the convenience of paying by credit/debit card).

 This will necessitate raising the dues to $352.00 if (and only if) this method is used.

The 3.5% fee is assessed by PayPal, and is common with credit card transactions.  However, the association cannot afford to cover the cost of the PayPal fee-it is provided as a convenience and as another way for homeowners to pay their annual assessments in a timely manner.  If you wish to use this method, go to www.paypal.com

Select the "send money" tab

Enter the PayPal account email address:   cphoajax@gmail.com Enter the amount of $352.00

Select "continue" and follow the on-screen instructions

**Remember, the dues will be slightly higher using this service to cover the 3.5% fee that is charged for processing a credit card.
