Carrington Place Homeowner,

The Board of Directors hereby announces the 2013 assessment fee will remain at $340.00   

• $340.00 is due on or before March 31, 2013
•       $340.00 + $5.00 late fee and 15% per
  annum (1.25% per month) thereafter until paid in full – If paid after March 31^st
  = $396.75.  Homeowners who have not paid
  their Annual Assessment Dues by 4/1/2013, will have a claim of lien filed and
  recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Court.

Note: Payment is not optional. 

Association Assessment Fees (dues) are NOT paid by your mortgage company, nor are they included in your escrow payments. These assessments are due annually by each homeowner on or before March 31^st in accordance with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Carrington Place.  The assessment fees are paid in advance-not in arrears- and must be paid by each homeowner.
