I hope that everyone enjoyed our Fall Festival and Luminaries in November and December. 2004 is now here and in full swing!

Carrington Place continues to be an attractive and safe community. The credit goes to our residents and our Home Owners Association who strive to make Carrington Place a friendly neighborhood in which to live.

Thanks to all of you that have expressed interest in supporting the neighborhood by volunteering. This includes our Board of Directors and their spouses for their continual commitment, service and support. It also includes the efforts of our various committee members who have volunteered their time and efforts to help: welcome new residents, coordinate social events, ensure traffic safety and setup Christmas decorations.

To all of our ?“Yard of the Month?” participants and winners, we congratulate you for taking pride in your homes and the extra special care given to your lawns.

We?’d also like to offer a big thank you to our out-going and long-time Directors: Eugene Thomas, Jerry Brackins and Mary Self. Through their hard work, dedication and leadership, Carrington Place has grown and prospered.

As we move into 2004, we?’d like to invite each of you to remain active in our community. Join a committee and volunteer just a few minutes of your time each month. If you have questions or concerns that fall under the purview of one of our committees, please contact the committee chairperson or a board member.
