ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
If you refinanced your home recently, you had two surprises. One is how low the interest rates have dropped. The other is how much the value of your property has increased. We can thank the economy, but in part the worth of your home is conveyed also by how comfortable and pleasant your neighborhood appears. Poor landscape design and ramshackle building may convey an environment not so worthy of your asking price.
The Architectural Review Committee is charged with keeping our neighborhood compliant with By-law restrictions and covenants and avoiding unappealing appearances.
