Hello-I am looking into purchasing a property that backs up to Ask Creek. Has anyone had any issues with flooding, mosquitos, problems with land? I love the Casa Linda Forest neighborhood, I just wasn't sure about the creek. I noticed a lot of trash at one end of the creek. Thanks
