Casa Mia Neighborhood Committee

Here's a link to check out this site I was just informed of.  They will be building tons more homes right next to us on the state land.  I for one am NOT looking forward to this.  My husband and I moved to Castelgate because of the "seclusion" from the rest of the city.  Plus my family runs a cattle ranch on a state lease near Queen Valley that the state is selling without informing the ranchers!!  The family ranch already has problem with people out near that area that shoot the cattle and destroy the land.  What will they do now?  I sent in a not-so-nice comment to the site in the comments section.  I don't know if it will do any good, but if anyone else is against it, maybe you could send your own comment through.  Thanks for your time.

No link but if you are referring to the Superstition Vistas..that is not going to happen for a very very long time...if at all. That land that is north of us was once an airport and I believe it belongs to the government, not State Trust Land.

There will always be development no matter where you move. We weren't too excited when we were fighting against the freeway going through the subdivision either but it will come, just not through us.

It was an Airforce Base. The landing strips and a helipad are still out there.
