Pool Keys

If you lose your pool key, replacements are available from Gary Bilow at a cost of $50. Only owners with current accounts  may receive replacement keys.  For owners that want another party to pick up the key, we require written authorization containing the name of the owner, lot number or address, and the name of the individual that is authorized to receive the key. This authorization must be recieved at our mailing address or via email - hand carried letters are not acceptable. 

Summer Pool and Spa Info

There is a water aerobics group that meets at the pool on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1-2.  Time is subject to change with daytime temperatures.

Pool heater is on through April.  Spa heater is on and set to 102° .  Contact Gary Bilow at 602.920.0312  if you have any questions or concerns about the pool or spa.

POOL and SPA RULES

1.      Use of the Pool and Spa is limited to unit owners and properly documented lessees of Casa Mirage and their guests.

a.      Unsupervised use by children under the age of 18 is prohibited.

b.      Guests must be accompanied at all times by a unit owner or documented lessee.

c.      Unit owners or documented lessees are responsible for the actions of their guests while using the Pool and Spa.

d.      A unit owner or documented lessee may invite not more than ten guests per unit per day.

e.      Groups including eight or more guests are limited to a maximum of three hours per day in the pool area.

2.      All Pool and Spa users, by their use, agree to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

a.      All persons agree to conduct themselves in a civil and courteous manner at all times so that their words and actions do not interfere with the rights and privileges of others.

b.      Loud, profane, indecent or abusive language will not be used.

c.      Users will not participate in harassment or physical abuse of another individual.

d.      No person’s actions shall compromise the safety of another.  All persons using the Pool and Spa agree to obey all safety rules and to stop any unsafe activity when requested by other users or an Association representative.

e.      Failure to abide by this Code of Conduct may result in suspension of the right to use the Pool and Spa.

3.      All Spa users, by their use, acknowledge the following health and safety advisories regarding use of the Spa:

a.      Elderly persons, pregnant women, infants and those with health conditions requiring medical care should consult a physician before entering the spa.

b.      Hot water immersion while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs, or medicines may lead to serious consequences and is not recommended.

c.      Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, and fainting.

d.      Using the Spa alone is not recommended.  

4.      Use of the Pool and Spa by residents and guests is at the sole risk of the user.  No lifeguard is provided.

5.      Pool gate must remain closed and locked at all times.

6.      No pets or animals are allowed in the pool area.

7.      No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or roller skates are allowed in the pool area.

8.      Glass containers are not permitted in the pool area.

9.      No cooking or warming of food is permitted in the pool area.

10. The volume level on radios and other devices for playing music or creating sounds must be set so that the music or sound is not audible at a distance of 50 feet from the device.

11. No running in the pool area.  Shallow water - no diving.  Feet first entry only.

12. Proper swimwear is required in the Pool and Spa.  Street clothes are not allowed.

13. Persons with infections or contagious medical conditions are not permitted to use the Pool or Spa.

14. No food or drink is allowed in the Pool or Spa.

15. No soaps or oils are permitted in the Pool or Spa

16. No smoking in the Pool or Spa.

17. Swim diapers are required for children not toilet trained and incontinent adults.  Standard diapers are not to be worn.

18. Pool and Spa quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

19. Life saving equipment is for emergency use only.

20. Violation of Pool and Spa Rules may result in suspension of unit owner or documented lessee rights to use the Pool and Spa.
