Help keep your neighborhood safe!

The new security gates are an important element of the security system. Make sure that the gates are not proped open as this not only reduces security but causes costly damage to the gates. If damage occurs the responsible individual/individuals will be billed for repair costs by the Assocaition.

Also, notify the President of the Assocaition to have your phone number programed into the electronic entry system in order for you to give access to guests from your phone. Phone number can be either be a land line number or a cell phone number.

Replacement keys are available to Owners for a fee of $25.00 per additional key. Contact Kentucky Realty to arrange to obtain any additional keys.

Leasees will be required to obtain any additional keys directly from their respective landlords.
