Green appointed to chair HO Association Safety/Security Committe

Richard Green has been appointed to chair the HO Association Safety/Security Committee. Green a long time activist in COP and Crime Watch in Castle Hills will expand the Crime Watch Program in our city to include "Homeland Security", the program recently enacted by President George W. Bush. Green will organize the city by selecting "Block Captains" to aid in carring out the program.
