My husband and I have not received our assessment for the year 2004. I'd like to know if the Association has a way knowing if the bills were recieved. Such as a confirmation from the post office? I have talk to a few of my neighbors and they have also experienced not receiving a bill too. I'd like to say that if the Association has power to put negative information our credit reports there should be proof of delivery to the homeowner. This is a seroius matter to me. My husband and I will be sending a certified letter to the association stating what I have written here.
