Missed Grass

We are sorry that the area in Phase 2 was missed. Please contact myself or any officers if a problem such as this occurs. We have no way of knowing if the contractor or residents have mowed any open space. We have not paid the contractor for this past mowing. Please contact any of us ASAP with the missed location so that we can have the situation rectified prior to his payment.

grass not our only problem

The maintenance corp must be busy picking up debris after those who use our property and public spaces as garbage bins...yeah right!! Or, maybe they figure that tall grass is not so unattractive considering all the garbage being tossed out car windows or just tossed by wakers by in this development.

Grass / Trash

The grass has been cut every other week. This was decided by the maintenance corp. for budget reasons. Several maintenance officers and residents pick up trash on a regular basis around their residence, and the entrances. However you are correct about being busy. I have to much to do other than driving around picking up trash. Can we count on your help?
