amberfield HOA is nothing more than leaches   I want to no what I am getting for $127.00 a Year  other THAN making this management co rich  14,000.00 a year for them so they can charge you and arm and a legg if your late   Remember if your late  1st is $40.00 fee  then it's 100.00 and goes up so much that you can never make it up  This way they can steal your house that you worked so hard for  You F....  ing people make me sick

Would you support dissolution of the maintenance corp?  Myself and a few others are trying to figure out if we can get the neccessary votes to shut them down.  Thanks, David...

I f this HOA was run right  It would cost less and be more productive  I don't mind pay  I don't like pay alot of money for nothing  The bulk of cost is givin to people that there best interest is for them selves not the community
