Why are we going in the hole $3000+ per month??

If your referring to the lasndscaping, it's actually 300, not 3k. The reason is, the budget has not been adjusted yet. The budget is for the old company who did a crummy job. The new company charges 300 more per month than the old. The board members consitterd this when accepting the bid and the service that we receive reflects the difference in pricing. So, like I said, if there are any problems with the landscaping, PLEASE let someone know, they are more than happy to take care of any problems that we bring to their attention. If you look near the bottom of the financials, you will see that as of the end of February, we have a surplus of $29,400 over our budgeted income. So far, so good. Keep in mind, this is even with a GREAT percentage of our neighbors not paying their dues.

A quick correction, you are correct, it is 3k per month extra, not 300. My appologies for the error.

Can we get some more rocks in the community especially on the outside along the white fence on schnef road it is bare.
