I have all the respect in the world for the HOA Board Members, however I think this was a Big Mistake. Not in replacing Katchina, Heck I full heartily applaud this change. I think it was a big mistake to not send out a feedback form on if they should change the management company or not. Or at least have a meeting to discuss such a MAJOR decision. Not only that but then not inform anyone in the community on what has happened ? I know it costs money for mail but in this case something should have been mailed out to everyone in the community. Some of us look on here for information, nothing posted here either. I know HOA Board Members do not get paid for the work they do, however this was a huge decision which I do not think should have been made without knowledge of the community. As I have said before I am VERY glad to see the last of Katchina, I only hope the new management company is better than the last one.
