I have posted the last few financial reports that Kachina had given us.  They're listed on the front page.

Two questions:

1. When is the next meeting?  Nothing on the calendar and I have not received anything in the mail.

2. If September is the last budget financial's from Kachina who holds October, November and Decembers ?

Looking at the last few financials I would have to say this is going to be a long meeting.

Is there a way to request a meeting to be held since there has been a change in mgmt companies and higher fees assessed along with no notification of this before 12/30/08?

I did not get a notice in the mail, neither did the 16 households I asked, and the sign was in front of the school less than 24 hours before the meeting. This appears to be intentional since nothing could be discussed at the meeting due to low turnout.

I have always paid my fees and understand what our economy is doing right now. I am practical. But really, it seems a right as a homeowner for me to be informed of the CURRENT financials and meetings with sufficient time to attend. Do we have new CC&R's? Who knows?

By the way, I appreciate the first member posting the previous financials. I had asked at a meeting last year for this to be done (or given access to them) and it was not taken care of until now.

If homeowners are not informed or treated as adults, then I can see why a lot of people do not pay their fees. I do... I'm just saying....

The board is trying to reschedule the anual meeting.  As soon as we set the date, I will post it on the calendar and Oasis will send out notice...again.  If you are not recieving your notice in the mail, i sincerely apologize, this issue was supposed to be fixed with our new management company.  In regards to the financials in October, there are none, that is the last month that Kachina managed us, and they did not provide a report.  November and December I am waiting on from Oasis.
