I went outside to put the garbage can out at 5:30Am and noticed the neighbors house down the street from me had massive rolls of toilet paper all over his yard and trees, does this kind of thing happen a lot around her?

This is the first time since we moved into the neighborhood that I have seen any thing like this, I'm hoping it's just an isolated incident.

It does happen now and then. I had a lady tell me well they do it out of love??

When I was a kid you did that to someone you were mad at or didn't like.

I've only seen it once in a little over 4 years personally.

I did it a couple of times as a kid at a sleep over birthday party.  For us, it was just random.  More than likely just some bored teenagers or some kid's sleep over.  Not that that makes it anymore fun to clean up.  On the bright side, at least it didn't rain last night

That's what I was hoping, it seems to stay pretty quiet around here and so far we like the neighborhood.
