They make it so easy.... Brett responded to my e-mail about the Late Fees. We received Credit for the March Late Fee, but not the June Late Fee...I am guessing that is because the June charge has a reference of "Recurring Charge" instead of a Late Fee. Maybe they think they found a new revenue stream? Stephen

I think that come the first of the year the new board member need to go over the books with a fine tooth comb and find out where all the money is going. After looking at the so call ledger that  are posted on this web sight it is so hard to know where all the money is going.  But I have a feeling that come tomorrow night at the meeting Brett will have no answers for us, saying I will get back to you on that and never does.
