How about also checking to see if the company we hire to make sure that tot-lots are clean and the equipment is clean of pornography, after all we are paying them 400.00 a month. Now since this was brought up at the last meeting I am sure Brett was on it the next day to make sure it was done, That is a guess on my part, But why I ask do we have to come to these meeting and find out that Oasis is not doing what they said they would do when they were hired to be our management company? So I to think it is time that we start anew starting with new board member's all around, going over all the contracts that we have and see if we can't save money by getting someone else. Oasis could be a start. as I said that is just my thinking

I agree...we need some new blood on the board.  There is one current member I would keep - Mike.  I think he has proven he cares about our community and he does try to stay on top of Oasis with the financial reporting.  The recent additions I don't know well enough to have an opinion.  I am hoping BG and Roughneck step up...and as I said earlier...if Jennifer does not run, I will run for the board.  I will make more meetings than Chad --- even with my work schedule.

Oasis....your time in our community is over.  We need a managment company that is professional and can answer our questions regarding how they spend our money.
