Does Ocotillo get very congested during weekday mornings during when people on their way to work?

Also, when I was in that area I didn't notice any grocery stores like Frys, Safeways, etc

What is the nearest grocery store?

Ocotillo is not bad at all.  Traffic moves very smoothly.  Frys is right down the road on Gantzel (Ironwood) and Combs, just south of Ocotillo.  Its about a 10 min drive.  In that shopping center there is a Subway, a gas station, and a bunch of other stuff.  The hospital is right next to that and is due to open this November.  As far as HOA dues, they went up the past two years but I don't see a significant increase in the next few years, if at all.  They are currently at $50 per month.

One last question, so far.. Are there a lot of scorpions inside the houses? I have lived in East Mesa for 4 years and haven't seen one YET.. just wondering if they are common out there.
