I reviewed the budget and did not find and income line item for the $350.00 transfer fees paid at the closing of a home sale and listed on my settlement statement as "to Oasis Management". Are these fees accounted for somewhere else and not listed as a separate line item on the budget? We can all assume this fee is paid to Oasis Mgmt for the benefit of the Castlegate HOA.
Even in these hard real estate times, houses are selling in Castlegate and if my old school arithmetic is right 50 to100 sales would be $17,500 to $35,000 and that seems like meaningful numbers that perhaps should have their own line listing in the budget.
