Castlegate Community

I did some househunting in San Tan Valley in March a bought a house in Castlegate.  I am moving into it the end of this month.  I talked to a couple of very nice ladies, who lived on either side of one of the houses I looked at (not the one I bought) and I seem to remember one of them saying they had basic cable as part of their HOA.  I may be remembering incorrectly, but is basic cable included in the HO dues?   I have the CC&R's and have read them but did not see anything about that.

No, cable is not included here, I believe that's in Circle Cross or Larado Ranch, but not here in Castlegate.

There's Cox or Media Com (I'd recommend AGAINST both) for cable or I believe also Cable America and then there's your satellite services such as DirecTV and DishNetwork.  We've had Dish for 2-3 years now and have been very happy with them, no outages, no issues.  Mediacom was a NIGHTMARE and I haven't heard too many positives on Cox.

Thanks for the response.  I definitely wouldn't want MediaCom. I know too many people who hate it.   Had Dishnetwork before and I liked it very much so am glad to hear you like it.  Do you also have high speed internet with Dishnetwork? or with Qwest?

You can bundle with Qwest and get phone, DSL, directTV and verizon cell. Get the deal where you lock in the fees.
