Hi, We did call the cops and had the license plate number ran. The deputy told us to call the HOA today to see if perhaps it was a lanscaper working for them.

I called the HOA and Mary said that our house was not on any list for the lanscapers.

I will keep my eyes peeled and notify the deputy if I see him again. The license plate traced back to a house in Surprise, AZ. Which is kind of far from here..

I will assume you purchase a forclosed or short sale home ?  If you did, could it be possible that the bank has someone going out and doing landscape for them?  You might want to call the bank that you purchased the home from, if this is the case to see.

Had this happen once and it was a person looking to buy a house in the area who was taking pics of all of the houses listed on the web. Could have been a potential buyer who was nervous being caught taking pictures. Hopefully not a crazy person! Look for the link on here for the blockwatch. Great guy running the show and this should be reported to the BW so that if others see the same person, it can be reported again. Any way to prevent a problem helps and keeps our neighborhood safe. But keep in mind it could be something innocent, too. Pretty common to have this weird sort of thing with all of the foreclosures and rental move-in/ outs.

Welcome to the neighborhood and hope you enjoy your community. It's a good one. :)
