Did you get your sewer bill today?  Well bend over Johnson Utilities just stuck it to us...

I'd rather that then have them go bankrupt.  Did you go to the meeting a couple of months ago to be heard?  Many people were FOR the increase in rates as they'd rather do that then have them go bankrupt. 

If they are that incompetent let them go bankrupt.

Except that spells MAJOR rate hikes for us as well as issues because nobody wants to take over the water and sewer out here.  Again, it was discussed quite a bit at the meeting.
