December-Took the car in to Good Guys to have belts replaced.

May-Took car to another place for different work to find out the belts were on wrong.

Back to Bo Knows-They won't fix or take responsiblity for the work of the business they took over.

So in short I would not go there.  I thought belts would be no big deal but they must be.  The guys at network automotive repair are great.  I would suggest going there instead.

You may want to try contacting the corporate office for The Good Guys and seeing if they will reimburse you for whatever you had to spend to get the belts put on correctly.  I wouldn't expect Bo Knows to fix that as they are not the same company or the same owners at this point.  Not really their responsibility to make right on another company's and owner's mistake.  But the corporate office for The Good Guys definitely should.  May want to contact them and see how far you can get.

Sounds like you got it repaired the right way which is good!  Hope you can get some answers.
