Has anyone else noticed that while today was the first day of school, there were some parents and residents of the community who just don't give a hoot? I observed cars going faster that the posted "School In Session" speed limit of 15 miles per hour! Also drivers who don't pay attention to the students in the crosswalk and turn in front of them!! Do these people not care about the children?
