The primary task of the Board is to show the real estate agent that said property has no liens or violations. ADAMS LLC will be instrumental in informing the real estate agent of any violations/liens which must be disposed of by the seller before a clean title can be written. The Board has no real business in the sale process except that they will/should then receive from the title company a form stating the new buyers’ name, address, and $50.00 billing for the CC&Rs. These monies will be collected by the secretary from the title company and held in the Catalina Point HOA's account. All other transactions of the sale are between the real estate agent, buyer/seller, and the title company. Please instruct your Realtor to contact the current President of the board for all documents or questions.
