The "Wade" gets paid a pretty high percentage of the total management fee charged to our association. The more accounts "properties" a property manager has the more money she/he makes. They all carry as many properties as they can to make as much as they can but then can't handle the work for any of them. That's how property managers make a living. Agreed, the "Wade" doesn't appear to do much for this association. If you ever go to a meeting the guy doesn't even speak. We pay a hefty management fee and if he even responds to your phone call he WILL have you do the work that he should be doing here. The management company won't even step foot on the property without charging a speacial fee for the time spent. Not within the relm his regular duties.
