Riverview Tower is a 27 story high-rise with 206 units located at 1920 South First Street, Minneapolis, owner occupied only. The amenities offered here are as follows; Indoor swimming pool, exercise room, sanua's, jacuzzie, Community/Party room, Game room, sun deck, patio with gas grills, tennis court, bocci ball court, car wash and central laundry room facilities. Also, included in the monthly association dues is cable TV, electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, recycling, heat and air conditioning. We are governed by; Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and an Operating Policy. We are managed by Gittleman Management Corporation.
