FROM YOUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Centaur Village West ha a very busy season approaching. Activities will abound throughout the Community over the next several months. The Board of Directors has completed the details for the replacement of the cedar siding with steel siding on the first eight (8) buildings. The colors have been selected, the contractor chosen and we are off and running for the duration of the summer. You will witness a flurry of activities in the next several months, including the siding, the southeast "long term" parking lot will be fenced in, the volleyball-sport court are will receive some landscape attention and overall the Community will begin to take on a whole new appearance. The tennis court is scheduled to be cracked-filled in the next thirty (30) days and with the addition of some summer flowers, the Community will have a fresh look. The Board of Directors expressed their appreciation to all the members of the neighborhood who have assisted in the color selection as well as supplied ideas for the selection of the siding product itself.
Without the dedication of the homeowners and Members of the Board of Directors, the Association would not have been able to contract for this project.
