Contact one of the COA board members if you have questions about the COA. Please remember that the board donates their time and effort to the COA. Please be respectful of everyone's schedules and try not to overload your neighbors everytime you see them in the hallway! Also remember the board is not charged with coordinating privately contracted punchlist or any agreements made at closing between a buyer and the developer. The board can only address COA related concerns (common area/common cost type items).

HOA Management Company: LASR Property Management (effective 12/1/14)
The board voted on 11/15/14 to hire LASR Property Management to provide Financial Management, Building Facility and Grounds Operations, Maintenance Coordination, Capital Improvement Strategeis and to ensure our HOA meetings are professionally run and recorded.
Rules for contacting LASR, our management company: LASR will charge for site visits and contracting any repair services it performs. It is in everyone's best interest to keep maintenance and HOA fees in line by not using LASR for minor issues that can be resolved by local experts or self help.
