Notice re invoicing of dues & utilities: owners responsibilities
A communication to all owners was sent out via email on 2/19/15 from our property manager as follows:
Central Lofts Residents.
It has become more & more difficult keeping up with who is renting what and who should be paying what. Starting next month all invoices for dues, electric & any other assessment will be sent to the owner. It will be the owners responsibility to send to the appropriate person and get payment. Please let us know if you have any questions.
