Please take note, if you or your tenant is storing items in the halls, other than the decorative items in the immediate area adjacent to your door, all of these items need to be removed by 1/31/15. As of 2/1/15, the cleaning crew will be instructed to dispose of anything other than the decorative items in your immediate entryway or the association owned decorative or maintenance items in the building. Pool toys are fine and can continue to be stored where they currently are in the pool area however any other accumulation of storage items, boxes, bins, bikes or miscellaneous personal junk cluttering the common areas, hallways, gym, theater, pool area, deck, etc, will be disposed of as garbage on a weekly basis. Any additional charges for the haul away will be charged to the owner of the stored items.

 

In regard to personal decorative items outside your door, please limit this to the area immediately outside your door, not across from your door or inching down the hallway. The hallways need to be kept clear in the event of emergency evacuation and are the property of the association. Please be respectful of the shared space as everyone's taste is very personal and not necessarily shared by your neighbor.
